This program is a transition program into Training Program III. Players will be introduced to a larger court and will begin learning the different types of spins as well as learning how to rally with low-pressure balls.
This program is designed for the entry-level player with little or no prior tennis experience. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of tennis. In addition, the program focuses on developing balance, footwork, hand-eye coordination, and wrist control.
