Sandy Tompkins has created the strength and conditioning programs that help hundreds of athletes maximize their potential and achieve success at the state, national, and international junior levels in our academy. She also develops fitness programs for professional tennis players. Sandy is personally responsible for training all of the top athletes developed by Tompkins Tennis over the last 15 years.
Director of Fitness
George began his strength and conditioning career back in 2011 as a member of the strength and conditioning team for the Oakland Raiders. He was involved both on the practice field as well as the weight room. Starting in 2012, George worked with the CA State East Bay Baseball team on their strength training program where he helped the team progress in explosive movements. He also served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the CA State University Stanislaus baseball team during the 2015-16 season.
